Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and update records using our digital tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
