Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and precision during peak delivery hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
