Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large language models (LLMs) tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through efficient architecture design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate novel techniques such as reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) into our pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience fine-tuning pre-trained models and deploying them in production environments.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
