Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ societal and industrial shifts
- Identify, analyze, and validate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Develop future-proof frameworks for digital transformation and workforce evolution
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams
