Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI governance frameworks
- Architect scalable quantum-resistant encryption systems for 2026 infrastructure
- Drive research into carbon-negative blockchain protocols
- Collaborate with policy experts on ethical AI deployment guidelines
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to >10M users
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST AI frameworks
- Experience with carbon-neutral tech development
- Strong background in ethical AI deployment
