Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the Year 2026 initiative, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into existing architecture.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architecture capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve system throughput for global users.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Skills: Proven track record in AI integration, machine learning pipeline design, or quantum computing exploration.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond current tech stacks and anticipate industry shifts up to 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
