Responsibilities
- Strategic Design: Architect end-to-end system solutions that support high-velocity growth and future scalability.
- Tech Leadership: Define and implement the technology stack for the 2026 platform, prioritizing performance and security.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on scalable backend development.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI integration strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, legacy systems and modernize them for future-proofing.
