Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy: Define the high-level architecture for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the implementation of the technical roadmap, ensuring milestones are met with the highest quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- System Design: Design and review complex software systems, making critical architectural decisions that drive long-term growth.
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and address technical debt to maintain system health and agility.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to Project 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and robustness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
