Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Hybrid Systems: Design scalable, secure frameworks that integrate classical machine learning with emerging quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- System Scalability & Performance: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-performance architecture capable of handling petabyte-scale data throughput.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cutting-edge zero-trust architectures and ensure all systems comply with evolving global data privacy regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and hire top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Tech Exposure: Demonstrated experience with or deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI/ML model deployment.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
