Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to integrate AI solutions that drive business value.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technological opportunities.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model deployment.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for AI research and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps and delivering innovative products to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
