Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models and generative AI frameworks targeting 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead a cross-functional team of research scientists and ML engineers to drive technical innovation from conception to deployment.
- Define and maintain the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize neural network efficiency for next-gen edge and cloud computing environments.
- Publish seminal research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for code quality and experimental rigor.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of publishing influential research in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL.
- Strong proficiency in C++, CUDA, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
