Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level software architecture for Project 2026βs core AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategy & Vision: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and innovative AI solutions that align with the 2026 timeline.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents in cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing products.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous metrics for model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
