Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for scalable deployment.
- Lead research efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI team.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
