Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of supporting petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Quantum-Ready Algorithms and Neural Network optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the 2026 tech revolution.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
