Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with next-gen quantum processors.
- System Design: Design and implement resilient, high-throughput AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead research into novel neural architectures, focusing on efficiency and explainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to research and implement cutting-edge algorithms (e.g., Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
