Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically tailored for autonomous agent deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the strategic vision for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and the 2026 technology roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and neural processing.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and defining best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric, high-impact solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance to ensure latency and accuracy meet enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- AI Mastery: Demonstrated experience with LLM fine-tuning, NLP pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in emerging technology landscapes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
