Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a long-term AI strategy that aligns with business goals and technological trends.
- Design Scalable Architecture: Architect robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time inference.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
