Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon product suite, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development efforts to improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Research: Strong publication record or patent portfolio in AI/ML is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
