Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the design and implementation of scalable neural architectures for our flagship autonomous agents and generative models.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency in real-time environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into robust technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with LLMs, Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure at scale.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
