Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or C#.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the QA team to identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
- Participate in daily code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality and team knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Document technical processes and maintain technical documentation for internal tools.
Qualifications
- No degree or college diploma is required; we value skills, portfolio, and experience.
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Ruby).
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska, and obtain a work visa if necessary.
