Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support tickets and resolve hardware/software issues for internal staff and clients.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
