Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud service access
- Document tickets, solutions, and procedures in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system deployments
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service focus
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Nevada driver's license (some client site visits required)
