Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and incidents in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software deployments.
- Conduct basic user training on new systems and security protocols.
Qualifications
- GCSEs or A-Levels in relevant subjects (Maths, IT, Computing).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Full UK driving license is a plus but not essential.
