- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including email correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare basic reports and presentation materials using Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
