Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain industry-specific insights and technical knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support business development.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to the department.
- Complete required training modules and report progress to program supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be a current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
- Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Visa program (no prior US work experience required).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills are essential).
- Must be motivated, professional, and eager to learn new skills.
- Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Valid passport and necessary documents for visa sponsorship.
