Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across Marketing, Operations, and IT departments
- Shadow senior professionals and contribute to departmental projects
- Attend weekly professional development workshops and cultural orientation sessions
- Document project outcomes and prepare comprehensive progress reports
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Present findings to department heads during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a post-secondary institution outside the USA
- Strong English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
- Relevant academic background in Business, IT, or Engineering
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to a 12-month program duration
