Responsibilities
- Shadow senior engineers in software development and QA processes
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to product roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Assist in UX/UI design reviews and user testing protocols
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with product and marketing teams
- Document technical procedures and create training materials

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside the US at time of application)
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Previous internship or academic project experience preferred
- Must be available for 12-month commitment starting January 2024
