Responsibilities
- Execute assigned projects under mentor guidance (remote collaboration tools)
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions and skill-building workshops
- Document project progress and deliverables in shared digital platforms
- Contribute to cross-functional team initiatives via virtual meetings
- Complete cultural exchange activities and documentation requirements
- Shadow U.S. industry professionals during quarterly Orlando workshops
- Maintain regular communication with program coordinator and mentors
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a post-secondary program (outside U.S.)
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (confirmed by sponsor organization)
- Proficient in English (written/spoken) with remote communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote settings
- Basic technical proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. under J1 Visa status
- Strong cultural adaptability and teamwork mindset
