Responsibilities
- Complete 40-hour weekly rotations in assigned department shadowing senior professionals

Qualifications
- Current J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside US at time of application)
- Minimum 2-year post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 6.0+)

- Ability to commit to 12-month program starting January 2024
