Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers and engineers in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
- Participate in agile development meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify trends and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update existing codebases, ensuring security and scalability.
- Document technical processes and provide training to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Design, Business).
- Recent graduates with a professional background in the target industry.
- Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Visa (or currently hold a valid student visa).
- Proficient in English with a minimum B2 level proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS accepted).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Portland, Oregon for the duration of the program.
