Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff in daily operations and project management tasks.
- Shadow professionals to understand industry-specific workflows and best practices.

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa (currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated).
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Relevant academic background or professional experience in the relevant field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Open to a temporary work assignment (12-18 months).
- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
