Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff in daily operations and project management tasks.
- Shadow mentors to learn industry-specific best practices and workflows.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress.
- Adapt quickly to the corporate culture and demonstrate professional work ethics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent professional experience).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Eligible to participate in the J1 Visa Trainee Exchange Visitor Program.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Valid passport and supporting documents for visa sponsorship eligibility.
- Willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN for the duration of the training program.
