Responsibilities
- Assist the senior team in executing daily operations and project workflows.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Manage documentation, data entry, and administrative support tasks.
- Engage in cultural exchange activities to foster international understanding.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Must hold a valid J1 Visa or be eligible to receive one through our sponsorship program.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in IT, Business, Engineering, or Healthcare.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the training program (12 months).
