Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in front desk operations and guest relations
- Assist in coordinating special events and group bookings
- Participate in daily resort operations briefings and training sessions
- Learn revenue management systems and yield optimization techniques
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback analysis
- Complete structured training modules with progress evaluations
- Document experiences in training journals for program certification
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated within last 12 months from hospitality/tourism program
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (or willingness to obtain sponsorship)
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Cultural adaptability and enthusiasm for cross-cultural exchange
- No prior US work experience required
