Responsibilities
- Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from senior professionals to understand industry best practices and workflows.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
- Client Relations: Support the team in maintaining relationships with clients and visitors in a professional setting.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination of internal meetings.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a citizen of a country other than the United States.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- English Proficiency: Must demonstrate a high level of English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Passport: Must hold a valid passport from a J1 Visa-eligible country.
- Professional Background: Must have relevant academic background or experience in the chosen field of training.
- Health: Must be in good health and able to pass a medical examination if required.
