Responsibilities
- Execute market research campaigns and analyze consumer trends
- Support cross-departmental projects using CRM and data analytics tools
- Assist in developing international business expansion strategies
- Coordinate virtual events and cultural exchange initiatives
- Prepare performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Maintain compliance with J1 program guidelines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's program in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Eligible for J1 Visa sponsorship (non-US citizen/resident)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous internship or volunteer experience preferred
- Adaptability to multicultural work environments
- Basic understanding of international trade regulations
