Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations: Support senior team members in executing daily tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and organizing data.
- Shadowing & Learning: Observe professional practices and procedures to understand industry standards and methodologies.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Client Relations: Assist in communicating with clients or customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge Transfer: Document processes and share insights from your home country's industry practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for the J1 Trainee Exchange Visitor Visa (proof of eligibility required).
- Language: Must demonstrate professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience: Must have at least 6 months of professional experience (not including internships) in the chosen field.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years old (excluding participants in the Intern category).
