Responsibilities
- Shadow department leads to understand business operations and workflow optimization
- Assist in cross-functional projects with real-world deliverables
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops

Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside the US or in current J1 status)
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an international academic program
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Strong interest in business, technology, or marketing fields
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
