Responsibilities
- Assist senior management with daily operations and project execution.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
- Shadow professionals to understand organizational workflows and best practices.
- Support cross-functional projects to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Learn and apply industry-specific technical skills under supervision.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to enhance communication skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa (must meet US Department of State requirements).
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written proficiency).
- Relevant academic background in Business, IT, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Highly motivated, professional, and eager to learn new skills.
- Willingness to commit to the full duration of the training program.
