Responsibilities
- Assist in front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with daily operational tasks
- Participate in customer service training and guest interaction scenarios
- Shadow department managers to understand hospitality workflows
- Complete weekly training modules in hospitality management systems
- Contribute to property improvement initiatives and cultural exchange activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of training progress and achievements
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside US at time of application)
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Current enrollment in hospitality, tourism, or business program OR recent graduate within 12 months
- Customer service experience preferred (internships, part-time roles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with productivity software
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in multicultural environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
