Responsibilities
- Professional Training: Engage in on-the-job training and shadowing opportunities related to your field of study.
- Project Assistance: Support the marketing, operations, or technical teams with assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Flexible Scheduling: Adhere to a work schedule that accommodates your visa requirements and personal commitments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work hours and training progress as required by J1 regulations.

Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid J1 Exchange Visitor Visa.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- English Proficiency: Must demonstrate English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Professional Attitude: Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a J1 Trainee.
- Openness: Willingness to adapt to a new work culture and environment.
