Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Shadow mentors to learn industry-specific workflows and best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and support the development of new initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Document processes and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible for a J1 Visa (Trainee category).
- Enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new environments.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule.
