Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations: Support the team with routine administrative tasks and operational workflows to ensure business continuity.
- Shadowing & Observation: Observe and learn from senior professionals to understand industry standards and best practices.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research and compile data to assist in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects by drafting documents, preparing presentations, and managing schedules.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to trainee activities and project progress.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Education: Recent graduates or currently enrolled university students (Degree not required).
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level or higher).
- Professional Background: Relevant experience or coursework in your field of study (e.g., Business, IT, Healthcare, Arts).
- Professionalism: A proactive attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
