Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers and engineers in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile development cycles.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve workflow efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project reports.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility or active J1 Visa holder (Trainee Exchange Visitor Program).
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with a professional command of the language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work days.
