Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and ongoing projects.
- Observe and learn industry-specific workflows and methodologies.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for departmental review.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and client communication.
- Adapt to the corporate culture and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Complete monthly progress reports as required by the J1 program guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in a degree or certificate program.
- Must be a J1 Visa Trainee program eligible (have the visa or be in the process).
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant academic study or work experience.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time duration (typically 12 months).
- Valid passport and eligibility to work in the USA.
