Responsibilities
- Assist senior management and team members with daily operations and project execution.
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports to support departmental goals and decision-making.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
- Learn and apply industry-specific software tools and methodologies.
- Observe and understand US business culture, corporate hierarchy, and professional etiquette.
- Complete assigned training modules and shadow experienced professionals to develop technical skills.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a valid J1 Trainee visa.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or a recent university graduate.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Demonstrated motivation, professionalism, and a willingness to adapt to a new environment.
