Responsibilities
- Assist department heads and senior staff with daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning workshops.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn industry-specific tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement marketing materials or technical documentation under supervision.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a university or college with a degree in a relevant field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated English proficiency (minimum intermediate level required).
- Valid passport and eligibility for the J1 Trainee visa.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to a new professional environment.
- Proof of enrollment or degree certificate is required for application.
