Responsibilities
- Assist department managers and senior staff in executing daily operations and strategic projects.
- Participate in structured on-the-job training to master industry-specific workflows and standards.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of a country other than the United States.
- Must hold a valid J1 Trainee visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Must have completed at least 2 years of full-time study in your field of study.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
