Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with daily operational tasks and workflow management.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal reports.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and strategy sessions.
- Manage social media channels and assist with digital content creation.
- Provide customer service support and resolve client inquiries professionally.
- Shadow industry experts to understand best practices and standards.
- Prepare presentation materials and summary documents.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid J1 Trainee visa (or eligible to obtain one).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher required for professional interaction).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Openness to learning new technologies and processes.
