Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior IT administrator.
- Support the implementation of new software applications and updates across the organization.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on company tools and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years of equivalent professional experience).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Valid passport and eligibility to apply for a J1 Visa Trainee program.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1/B2 level or higher).
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA for the duration of the program.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced US office environment.
